Father’s Day

It’s Father’s Day here tomorrow, so here’s my (belated) flashback friday, Father’s Day edition.

Dad

Dad carrying me and my cousin. I’m the one on the right.

I have very few photos of my dad, because he’s always the one taking the photos — making photos like this so precious. He loves photography, and as a baby I must have had hundreds of photos taken of me! It’s not until years later that the love of photography finally rubbed off on me. Perhaps having a baby makes everyone wants to be a photographer? 🙂

Happy Father’s Day, Dad!

And to the other Dad in my life… hubby! He’s a great dad too, and I love watching him play with Annette. I reckon Annette looks so much like him. In fact, I found an old photo of hubby as a baby, and guess what, looks so similar to Annette at the same age! Can you tell which one is which, in the photos below? 😉 Not too difficult to tell I guess, so no prizes, but you get bragging rights! 😉

Like daddy, like daughter

Isn’t great to have wonderful pictures of our fathers. Great baby pics too, weren’t you a little cutie.

P.S. Thanks for the comment, you made my day.

Nice choice of photos for this weekend. Love them all.

Awwwww, CUTE! Fantastic photos =) I love how old photographs have such a warm, sun filled orangey/brown atmosphere.

Shireen says:

Wow, they really do look similar. I’m guessing Annette is the bub on the right.

Oiyi says:

I can’t guess! They look a lot alike. 🙂

claudine says:

Hehehe… Well the right answer is… Annette is the one on the left, hubby as a baby on the right!

Shireen says:

That would have been my second guess..haha. Loving all the things you’ve been making during your accidental blog break. I wish I had a personalised apron when I was little.
